A studio that treats the whole person.

Veraterra grew out of a simple frustration: that wellbeing is sliced into pieces, and people are left to stitch the pieces back together alone. We decided to keep the threads in one room.

Our story

Founded in 2014, around a kitchen table.

Three practitioners - a therapist, an accessibility advocate, and a skin-and-confidence specialist - kept referring clients to one another. They realised the handoffs were where people fell through the cracks. So they built a practice where the handoffs simply didn't exist.

A decade later, Veraterra is a small but deliberate studio. We've stayed small on purpose: it's the only way to keep the work personal.

  • Whole-person plans, not single-issue appointments
  • Practitioners who actually talk to one another
  • No two journeys treated the same way
What guides us

Four values we don't compromise on.

Value 01

Pace belongs to you

Healing isn't a deadline. We move at the speed of trust, and we'd rather take longer than push too hard.

Value 02

Dignity is non-negotiable

Whether it's paperwork or a deeply private feeling, you'll never be made to feel small for needing support.

Value 03

Honesty over upsell

If another practitioner or service is the better fit, we'll say so. Our reputation rests on getting you to the right place.

Value 04

Care is connected

The emotional, the practical, and the physical aren't separate. We treat the person, not the department.

By the numbers
